About the Role

Pathway Fund is seeking an entrepreneurial, experienced, and visionary Interim CEO to lead our organisation through an exciting new phase in its growth.

The Interim CEO will be responsible for maintaining our strategic direction, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our impact goals are met, whilst driving financial performance. This role will be crucial in steering the organisation during this interim period, ensuring stability, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

If the successful candidate delivers well in the role and the Pathway Board believes that they have the appropriate skills and experience for the permanent role, there is the possibility that they might be appointed to undertake the full-time, permanent role.

Pathway Fund wants to see social investment used to catalyse opportunities for Black and Ethnically Minoritised communities, across the UK – the right candidate will have to share that vision.

Key Details

Job Title: Interim Chief Executive Officer

Hours: Full time

Contract Type: 12-month contract, with a view to making this a permanent role for the right candidate.

Salary: £70-75k FTE salary, with a potential uplift to £80-85k FTE, for the right candidate.

Location: Remote, though 2 days’ a month must be spent in Pathway’s London office

Start Date: ASAP
